Lost in the library

Mind in Motion Blog - Los in the Library

Trying to find a specific Awareness Through Movement® lesson can be daunting.

Here’s an email I received the other day:

I was trying to find the BOOK ON THE FOOT lesson and had no idea if it was Moshe’s lesson or someone else’s. I have checked Feldy notebook along with Lesson Locator to no avail. I also Googled it on the off chance I might find it that way. No luck.

Thankfully, this is a question I happen to know something about.

Gaby Yaron created BOOK ON FOOT. It was developed further by Elizabeth Beringer.

Unfortunately, I don’t know where to find the recordings.

However, the transcripts of Elizabeth teaching the series at the second Strasbourg International Feldenkrais®Training are available in the Mind in Motion Online Library. If you’re a teacher and trainee with a professional Become a Better Teacher account, you’ll find them in the fourth year.
