Mastering the Method

THE ARTIFICIAL FLOOR & MORE

Revisit one of the classic FI compositions from an advanced perspective as Larry shows, step-by-careful-step, how this lesson elicits and clarifies the neuroskeletal underpinnings of support, balance, and upright motion.

Then you’ll explore how tactics from this lesson translate into hands-on techniques. He’ll give you the key to a territory of lessons where primal foot configurations evoke a range of ways to get around on your feet: from stepping to climbing, sneaking around to stamping, and from slipping off balance to righting yourself.
