Talking to Deborah Quilter about RSI

Deborah Quilter invited me to be a guest on her top rated RSI Help Radio show. The topic of our conversation? How the Feldenkrais Method® of neurophysical education can alleviate and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).Not only did Deborah, an internationally recognized author, speaker, and advocate, give me a chance to explain the benefits and insights of the method, but she also asked me to give people an experience of the method. What was originally going to be a three-minute miracle turned into something more like a ten-minute transformation. Be that as it may, it’s a real life example of how to introduce folks to how easy it is to improve how you feel through a short Awareness Through Movement® lesson.

(Please do use this mini-lesson.)

I invite you to give listen!
